General Terms and Conditions
Please note our following General Terms and Conditions which regulate the agreement between you and us.
Conclusion of Contract
1.1 The agreement is concluded as soon as the room/rooms has/have been booked and confirmed or, if a confirmation is not possible due to short notice, the room/rooms has been/are held available.
1.2 If the customer is a fully qualified merchant he/she is liable for all contractual agreements.
1.3 If the contents of the confirmation differ from the customer's booking, the differing contents of the confirmation become binding upon the guest and the hotelier if not otherwise informed within 10 days after receipt of the confirmation.
2. Arrival and Departure
2.1 Checking in and checking out. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the check-in time is not before 2.30 p.m. on the day of arrival. The room/s has/have to be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. We request our guests to notify the reception of their departure by 10.00 p.m. on the previous day. In case of departure before 6.00 p.m., half the price for the room and in case of departure after 6.00 p.m. the full price for the room will be charged.
2.2 Check-in time is 6.00 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival. Otherwise, the hotelier reserves the right to let the room/s to another party unless a later time of arrival has been expressly prearranged.
3. Services, Prices
3.1 Contractually agreed services are outlined in the brochure and in the corresponding specifications of the booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise in the brochure, the price includes the respective length of stay together with the contractually agreed treatments, the booked meals and VAT. Extension of stay as well as additional treatments will be charged separately.
3.2 Having booked full board and receiving lunch on the day of arrival in the hotel the service will end after breakfast; if the stay starts with dinner, the service will end after lunch.
3.3 Refund of mutually agreed services which have not been made use of is not possible.
3.4 If the guest is not able to begin the stay due to different health reasons or due to important family reasons (death of a close relative etc.), the liability to pay will be dropped unless otherwise agreed under clause 5. The prepaid price will then be fully credited to a newly booked reservation if the stay of the guest or a person named by the guest begins within one year. A refund is not possible.
3.5 Binding of offers
3.5.1 The prices shown are inclusive prices and include VAT.
3.5.2 If more than four months elapse between conclusion of the contract and the rendering of the service, the hotel reserves the right to change prices without notice.
3.5.3 In case of a change in the VAT rate and if more than four months elapse between conclusion of the contract and the rendering of the service, the agreed price will be adjusted to the current VAT rate.
3.5.4 All prices and agreements are to be understood in Euro. Where foreign currency prices are shown, these are to be understood only as guidelines based on the exchange rate for Euro which was valid at the time of publication.
3.6 In case of special children's rates, the following applies to the accommodation unless otherwise announced or agreed upon: Children accompanied by one guest who pays the full rate will be accommodated in the same double room. Children accompanied by two guests will be accommodated in a junior-suite or a suite with an additional bed.
4. Payment
4.1 After conclusion of the contract or receipt of a confirmation, a 50% deposit of the agreed price is due within 10 days. In case of a reservation at short notice, the deposit is due on the day of arrival.
5. Cancellation by the guest/the person booking
5.1 All cancellations have to be presented in writing.
5.2 The cancellation fees depend on the booked range of service and are calculated as follows:
5.2.1 In case of a cancellation up to the 28th day before arrival, no fees will be charged.
5.2.2 In case of a cancellation between the 27th and the 15th day before arrival, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
5.2.3 In case of a cancellation on the 14th day before arrival or later, 80% of the agreed price will be charged.
5.2.4 If no use is made of the contractually agreed services 80% of the agreed price will be charged.
6. Liability
6.1 Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein GmbH is not liable for failure in services which were arranged by a third party and which are expressly shown as such in the brochure/the booking.
6.2 Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein GmbH is not liable for third parties' services which were only arranged for and not carried out by the Parkschlösschen.
6.3 The guest is responsible for for his/her participation in free-time activities. The guest should check all sports facilities, equipment and vehicles before use to make sure that they are safe.
6.4 The Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein is not liable for any loss or damage of affixed objects and exhibits.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 The correction of errors as well as misprints and miscalculations are subject to change.
7.2 Verbal agreements are only valid after a written confirmation by the hotel management.
7.3 The jurisdiction for all cases arising from this agreement and its fulfilment, as long as permitted by law and not otherwise agreed upon, is the court presiding at the place of business of the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein.
7.4 If one of the provisions under this agreement or these general terms and conditions is invalid, this will not affect the other provisions.
8. Declaration concerning private treatment
8.1 Examinations and treatments by our doctors will be carried out on a private medical basis irrespective of membership of a compulsory health insurance fund.
8.2 The arising costs, including medical examinations and treatments, will be brought to the account of the guest upon his or her departure from the Parkschlösschen. No refund can be claimed from health insurances, etc.
8.3 The Parkschlösschen can not guarantee the healing of a possible illness through Ayurvedic therapeutic measures.
