Our terms and conditions
Please note our following General terms and conditions which regulate the Agreement between the Guest or Ordering Party and Ayurveda Parkschlösschen.
1. Conclusion of Contract
1.1 The Agreement is concluded as soon as the room/rooms has/have been booked and confirmed or, if a confirmation is not possible due to short notice, the room/rooms has been/are held available.
1.2 The Ordering Party must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contractual agreements.
1.3 Ayurvedic treatments can only be booked through an appointment with one of the Ayurvedic practitioners at the Parkschlösschen.
1.4 Only Guests at least 16 years of age and older may stay at the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen.
1.5 If the content of the hotel reservation confirmation differs from the content of the guest registration, the differing content in the hotel confirmation will be binding for the guest and for the hotel if the guest does not make a written objection within 10 days of receipt of the reservation confirmation.
2. Arrival and Departure
2.1 Checking in and checking out. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the check-in time is not before 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. The room/s has/have to be vacated by 11:03 a.m. on the day of departure. The Ayurveda Parkschlösschen requests its guests to notify the reception of their departure by 10:00 p.m. on the previous day. In case the Guest has not departed by 6:00 p.m., half the price for the room and in case of departure after 6:00 p.m., the full price for the room will be charged.
3. Services, Prices
3.1 Contractually agreed services are outlined in the brochure and in the corresponding specifications of the booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise in the brochure, the price includes the respective length of stay together with the contractually agreed treatments, the booked meals and VAT. Extension of stay as well as additional treatments will be charged separately.
3.2 With full board booked and lunch received by the Guest on the day of arrival at the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen, the service will end after breakfast on the day of departure; if the stay starts with dinner, the service will end after lunch on the day of departure.
3.3 Refund of mutually agreed services which have not been made use of is not possible.
3.4 If a guest is not able to enter upon his or her stay due to a delay caused by illness or an important personal reason (death of a close relative, etc.), and if the guest can prove this by presenting a medical or other certification, any deposit made up to that time will be credited in full to a newly booked stay of that guest or a person named by the guest to take place within one year. A refund is expressly ruled out.
3.5 Binding of offers
3.5.1 The prices shown are inclusive prices and include VAT.
3.5.2 If more than four month elapse between conclusion of the contract and the rendering of the service, the hotel reserves the right to change prices without notice.
3.5.3 All prices and agreements are to be understood in Euros. Where foreign currency prices are shown, these are to be understood as guidelines only, on the basis of the exchange rate for the Euro which was valid at the time of publication.
4. Payment
4.1 After conclusion of the contract or receipt of a confirmation, a 50 % deposit of the agreed price is due within 10 days or at least 4 weeks before your arrival. In case of a reservation at short notice, the deposit is due on the day of arrival.
5. Cancellation by the guest/the person booking
5.1 All cancellations have to be presented in writing.
5.2 The cancellation fees depend on the booked range of service and are calculated as follows:
5.2.1 In case of a cancellation up to the 28th day before arrival, no fees will be charged.
5.2.2 In case of a cancellation between the 27th and the 15th day before arrival, 50 % of the agreed price will be charged.
5.2.3 In case of a cancellation on the 14th day before arrival or later, 80 % of the agreed price will be charged.
5.2.4 If no use is made of the contractually agreed services, 80 % of the agreed price will be charged.
6. Liability
6.1 The Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein GmbH is not liable for faulty services which were arranged by a third party and which are expressly shown as such in the brochure/the booking.
6.2 The Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein GmbH is not liable for third parties’ services which were only arranged for by the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein GmbH.
6.3 The Guest is responsible for his/her attendance at leisure activities. The Guest should check all sports facilities, equipment and bicycles before use. The use of the fitness machines and bicycles is at the Guest’s own risk.
6.4 The Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein GmbH is not liable for any loss or damage of installed objects and exhibits.
6.5 If oil spots are made on the upholstered furniture as a result of not wearing sanitary pads provided expressly for that purpose, the resulting costs will be invoiced to the guest.
6.6 The Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein GmbH herewith assumes no liability for additional costs incurred for external medical and social care incl. the transportation of patients, if such services are used during the guest’s stay at the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen. The guest is solely and fully liable for any costs incurred.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 The correction of errors as well as misprints and miscalculations is subject to change.
7.2 Jurisdiction for all cases arising from this agreement and its fulfilment if permitted by law, is the registered office of the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen Bad Wildstein GmbH.
7.3 If one of the provisions under this Agreement or these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, this will not effect the other provisions.
8. Declaration concerning private treatment
8.1 Examinations and treatments by Ayurvedic practitioners (physician or healing practitioner specializing in Ayurveda) or therapists employed by the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen will be carried out on a medical basis, irrespective of membership by the Guest in a compulsory health insurance.
8.2 The arising costs, including Ayurvedic medical examinations and Ayurvedic treatments, will be brought to the account of the Guest at her/his departure from the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen. There is no right of refund through a claim from health insurance, etc.
8.3 The Ayurveda Parkschlösschen can not guarantee the healing of a possible illness through Ayurvedic therapeutic measures.
